AIM offers weekly tutoring sessions held at:

Skinners’ Grammar School in Tunbridge Wells

Tonbridge Grammar School - Tonbridge

Sevenoaks School in Sevenoaks

Lessons take place every Monday from 5:00–6:00pm during term time,

and from 9:30am–12:30pm during school holidays.

As part of the programme, children will sit two mock exams at Skinners’ School. These provide an excellent introduction to exam conditions, helping students practise time management and build confidence.

We also offer two enrichment fun days during the year, usually held at

The Bowles Outdoor Activity Centre - a great opportunity for learning,

teamwork, and fun.

All of this is included in the programme at no cost to enrolled families.

AIM is proud to partner with The Right Tuition Company (RTC) in Tunbridge Wells. RTC has worked with us for several years, delivering high-quality, engaging tutoring through a team of experienced professionals. Their approach helps children enjoy learning and reach their full academic potential.

Lessons are taught in small groups (no more than 10 children) to ensure personalised attention.

Parents receive weekly feedback and homework details by email after each session to help support their child’s progress at home.

How do I qualify?

We are a charity dedicated to supporting low-income families who would otherwise be unable to afford tutoring fees.

Families with a household income under £25,000 are eligible to apply. However, if your income is slightly above this due to additional benefits or exceptional circumstances, please don’t hesitate to get in touch - we’re happy to discuss your situation.

To qualify, children should be in year 5 and working at a level suitable for grammar school. We ask that your application be supported by a letter from your child’s school and/or a recent school report.

Any additional evidence of your child’s academic ability is also very welcome.

We’re here to help - please contact us if you have any questions or need further guidance with your application.
